Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Dispatched in 1–2 business days, delivered in 6–9 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in appropriate packaging. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged on arrival, and for ensuring that the import, receipt and use of the products is lawful in their country. If customs asks for a document, message us and we will help where we can.
Delivery options
Parcels are delivered to your door in plain, discreet packaging. If you would rather not receive the parcel at home, ask for collection at a courier collection point where the local courier supports it. Mention this when ordering — add a note at checkout or message @north_vial on Telegram.
Storage on receipt
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored as indicated on the product page. Improper storage after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & refunds
- Returns accepted only for unopened, unused items in original packaging, reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded once verified.
- For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Reshipment Guarantee
If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship it once at our cost after verification. Report any issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. This covers genuine transit loss or damage; it does not cover incorrect address details provided at checkout.
