Klow extends the Glow formulation with KPV, the Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH. Each vial holds 80 mg of total peptide across the four components: KPV, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500.

The rationale for the blend comes from separate lines of preclinical work. KPV has been investigated for NF-κB-related inflammatory signalling in epithelial and colitis models; BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4 fragments for cell migration and angiogenesis in rodent repair models; and GHK-Cu for extracellular-matrix synthesis in fibroblasts.
