Glow combines three peptides that are each prominent in tissue-remodelling research: BPC-157, the copper tripeptide complex GHK-Cu, and TB-500, a peptide related to thymosin beta-4. Two kit strengths are offered, with 50 mg or 70 mg of total peptide per vial.

Individually, GHK-Cu has been studied for its effects on collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in fibroblast cultures, BPC-157 for angiogenesis and fibroblast migration in rodent repair models, and thymosin beta-4 fragments for actin-mediated cell motility.
